Your bespoke bike

Crafting the perfect frame is about building something that makes you smile every time you ride it.

 

How it works

Every frame is built to your specific requirements, and that’s why it should start with a conversation. Contact me by email, message me on WhatsApp, or call me. I am always happy to discuss any ideas you may have.

You can choose to base your design around one of the “framesets” or we can work together to design something entirely bespoke. Buying a bespoke frame should result in you leaving with something that fits you perfectly and does the job you want it to.

Frame-only prices start from £1000 - get in touch and we can design your dream bike.

When the design meets your satisfaction a 40% non-refundable deposit secures your place in the build queue.

The current build time is around 6 months from start to finish.

  • Stainless (Columbus XCR or Reynolds 953/931) - £2500

  • Columbus Spirit or Reynolds 853 - £1500

  • Columbus Life/Zona or Reynolds 631 - £1250

    (PRICES ARE AN INDICATION AND WILL VARY BASED ON THE COMPLEXITY OF YOUR DESIGN AND THE CHOICE OF FINISH YOU MAKE)

Frame prices include

  • Bike fitting session (If required)

  • Single colour powder coat

  • Stainless steel brazeons

  • Fillet brazed construction

What I build

My focus is the ride quality and handling of your bike. I believe that steel offers the perfect blend of weight, comfort and green credentials to create a bike which will last you forever.

I can provide you with an initial quote for a frameset (including headset) and then we can spec components to fit your budget.

What if I want a complete bike?

  • I hold accounts with all the major distributors and can provide you with quotes for any of the groupset/finishing kit options you may wish to explore.

  • Buy a frame and provide me with the components. I will offer you a discount on the frame build if you are providing me with components you already own. 

  • If you book a time slot I am happy to talk through the groupset options you may have found or are considering.

I have a lovely set of wheels and some other parts I love, can I use them?

  • Yes, as long as they work with the frame you have in mind then I will be happy to use them. I would only ask that you provide them to me at the start of the build so I can make sure everything fits perfectly.

  • There is a discount available for providing me with much-loved parts (subject to them being fit for purpose).
